Convoitec collects the names and email addresses of all feedback submitted on this site and adds the information to its subscriber list. The collection of names and email addresses is subject to the Privacy Act and subscribers are asked to consent to the collection of their names and email addresses to enable compliance with the Privacy Act. Failure to provide consent will prevent successful submission of your feedback.

The personal information provided to Convoitec Pty Ltd will not be sold, lent or given to any other entity. Convoitec reserves the right to use the information it collects to contact people with general information about it and its products. Convoitec may takes steps to keep the names and email addresses accurate and complete. This may result in a request from Convoitec to the subscriber to update or varify the details.

Reasonable precautions are also taken to safeguard the information from loss, misuse, unauthorised access, modification or disclosure. Subscribers may unsubscribe from the list at any time by contacting the Privacy Officer or by replying to any email with the word ‘Unsubscribe’ in the subject line.

If a user unsubscribes from the list, the personal information relevant to that user will be deleted.

Subscribers are generally entitled to access their personal information held by Convoitec, however the following situations may preclude access:

• If the information relates to existing or anticipated legal proceedings
• If denying access is required or authorised by law
• If the request is frivolous or vexatious.
